The Designer agrees to create the following for the Client.

Any additional deliverables, variations, or support for other projects or teams are not included and will be scoped separately.

Client feedback delays may impact delivery timing. Requests to accelerate the timeline may incur rush fees.

Includes up to 3 rounds of revisions. A revision round is defined as a consolidated set of feedback provided at one time.

Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be billed separately.

Final deliverables will be provided upon receipt of final payment.

Any work outside the defined scope will be treated as additional work and quoted separately, including:

• Additional deliverables or variations
• Supporting other teams or projects
• New concepts or creative directions
• Extended revisions beyond the included rounds

If the Client requests delivery earlier than the agreed timeline, the Designer may apply a rush fee based on the level of schedule compression required.

Upon receipt of full payment:

• The Client receives full rights to the final deliverables
• The Designer retains the right to display the work in portfolios, case studies, and promotional materials

The Designer agrees to keep all non-public project information confidential during and after the engagement.

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice.

• The Client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date
• If the project is canceled after substantial completion, the remaining balance may still be due
